Amanda Ophals

Born and raised in Medina, Ohio, Amanda Ophals is a licensed Advanced Cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. From styling her Barbie dolls as a child to giving her younger sisters impromptu haircuts before school picture day, her love of hairstyling has always come naturally.

After spending a decade honing her skills at a well-known salon, she took the leap into entrepreneurship, renting a suite and building her own business from the ground up. In 2017, Amanda and her husband John moved to Georgia to explore new opportunities before returning to Medina two years later, where she resumed building her clientele.

Amanda offers a full range of professional hair services, including precision haircuts, customized color and highlights, blowouts, facial waxing, and specialty treatments such as Global Keratin Smoothing and permanent waves. Her true passion lies in hair extensions, specializing in Hand-Tied Wefts, Tape-Ins, and Keratin Bonds.

In March 2022, Amanda became the first Certified IBE (Invisible Bead Extensions) stylist in Medina County — a milestone that reflects her drive for excellence and ongoing education. She has also completed advanced color and cutting courses with Redken, including hands-on training at Redken 5th Avenue in New York City.
